Nomads Hot Desk
Twelve days a month. In practice, it’s every day that actually matters – the panel you didn’t want to miss, the week you needed to focus, the month Novi Sad stopped feeling temporary. Nomad membership gives you a reserved hot desk, extended hours, and a community worth showing up for.
Your hot desk, your terms
Flexibility only works if the base is solid. Nomad membership gives you 12 days a month, a hot desk you can reserve in advance, and a space that feels familiar every time you walk in. The community is always here, whether you are or not. And when you do show up, everything is ready – your desk, your perks, your people.
Stay connected, wherever your week takes you
Nomad membership keeps you connected — events, people, energy — without needing to be here every day. Bring a guest, meet a collaborator, find your next opportunity. You’re part of the community, not just passing through.
- Networking nights & creative workshops
- Industry talks & panel discussions
- Community socials & movie nights
- Local culture events
Real business advice, included
Your membership includes a free 25-minute call with Kontigo, a digital-first accounting company. Got a question about registering a company, or taxes? Book the call with our partners, and get a straightforward business advice from people who know Serbian regulations inside out.
- Free 25-minute Kontigo consultation call
- Access to Kontigo Q&A database
- Monthly bookkeeping discount add-on
Your hot desk, reserved
When Hubitat is your base, the small things matter. Reserve your spot in advance – no more hoping there’s a desk free. Bring a guest for the day when you need a collaborator or just good company. No first-come, first-served — just your base, ready when you are.
Coworking with extended hours, your way
When you’re here more than a day, you notice the difference. Start early or stay late – Hubitat works around your schedule, not the other way around. Showers, phone booths, a relaxation room, specialty coffee and lounge. Everything that makes a long workday actually enjoyable.

Great atmosphere, great community and a space where you really feel at home. An ideal place for productive work, networking and meeting inspiring people. All recommendations ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hubitat has become one of my favorite places to work. The location is excellent, the interior is beautiful and welcoming, and the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance for staying focused and productive. What I especially appreciate is that it’s not just a quiet co-working space, but also a place where you can meet interesting people, exchange ideas, and feel a genuine sense of community and support. They also have meeting rooms available, which is a big plus. It’s the kind of place where it’s easy to spend the whole day working comfortably.
This place is great. A place where you can work productively, but also relax and rest if you need to. Excellent working conditions. As a web developer I needed the place where I can take my coffee and work, or jump on a call with the clients…I got all I needed here.
Hubitat je jedno od retkih mesta u Novom Sadu gde posao, kreativnost i dobra energija stvarno prirodno funkcionišu zajedno. I kafa je odlicna!!! 🤩🎀Hubitat is one of the few places in Novi Sad where work, creativity and good energy really work together naturally. And the coffee is excellent!!! 🤩🎀
Amazing place to work from office that feels like a home! The place is great, regulars are fun and cool people, balconies are awesome and coffee is strong.
Perfect balance of peace and quiet when you want to do deep work and a vibrant community when you crave human contact. Hosts are really listening to what you have to say and they try to accommodate your needs. Oh, and the most important – the chairs are really good!
Hubitat is not just an office – it’s second home! This is truly more than an ordinary coworking space. The atmosphere is incredible, and the people make it feel like you’re heading to a work-focused extension of your own living room. Great environment and energy! If you are looking for an inspiring and welcoming place to work, this is it.
